Job Title: CA Siteminder Expert
Location(s): Farmington Hills, MI
(Hybrid : 2 days in office)
2. CA LDAP
Responsibilites:
• Proficiency in managing web access management using CA-SiteMinder (CA SSO), Web agents, Secure Proxy Server and Federation Manager: implementing and maintaining security technology solutions supporting SiteMinder and Federation Manager for internal and external users.
• The third-party product is CA LDAP (Computer Associates).
• System maintenance, configuration of system parameters, performance tuning, system health monitoring and checks, knowledge of support packs deployment, Release notes etc.
• Experience in configuration of SiteMinder and Federation Manager.
• Knowledge on upgrade and Migration techniques – must have done system upgrades including technical and functional upgrades. Knowledge on different upgrade paths, migration options.
• Handling/treatment of modified and custom objects during the upgrade.
• Successfully drive migration project through the various stages of the project delivery lifecycle.
• Ensure stability and security of the system during and after upgrade/migration, applying security patches, managing user access etc.
• Manage complete Application Migration Activities, validate successful functioning of servers, application, Database, and entire system landscape for SiteMinder and Federation Manager.
• Continuous monitoring of System alerts, OS/DB and system logs and take appropriate actions as needed.
• Coordination with development team and provide guidance for testing.
• Post go-live (migration/upgrade) support - System monitoring, and incident resolution as needed in the post transition to VMC2.
• Ability to support application developers' integration with directory environment.
• Experience administering one or more directories, such as Active Directory, Oracle/Sun Directory Server, Open LDAP, or CA Directory is a plus.
