Cabin Supervisor- Midway at ERMC

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for conducting quality control,
• Ensuring that all worked performed under his/her supervision is done in a timely and cost-effective manner and in accordance with applicable codes.
• Responsible for coaching/counseling employees on the company’s polices and procedures.
• Establish, implement, and supervise periodic Cabin Agent schedules and procedures.
• Ensure that all aircrafts assigned as a team under his/her responsibility comply with all Federal, State and local laws.
• Manages inventories supplies and equipment.
• Investigates and implements new and improved cleaning instruments and methods.
• Develops, proposes and manages special projects
• Other related duties assigned as needed.
