Field Service Manager
Job Purpose:
As a Cabinet Field Service Manager, you’ll be the technical expert, providing hands on essential support to the Field Operations team and ensuring efficient operations in the field.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Read, interpret and understand a cabinet layout.
- Measure for add-on or replacement cabinets.
- Install or replace all components of cabinetry, including all trim.
- Touch up or repair both painted and stained finishes.
- Adjust doors, drawers/fronts and trim reveals.
- Communicate clearly with the Field Supervisors on any materials needed or work to be performed.
- Complete inspections alongside the Field Supervisor with homeowners or builders and conduct timely repairs
- Occasional “hotshot” deliveries to installers or other techs to help complete a job.
- Perform appliance cut-outs in the warehouse prior to shipment and installation of whole house cabinet orders.
Qualifications & Required Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years Cabinet Service experience
- Specialized knowledge of cabinet construction and installation
- Sharp communication skills and ability to conduct training programs
