Cable HFC / Fiber Construction Project Manager - Broadstaff

Contract: 4-6 months maybe longer 
Rate: $40-45/hr + lodging if not local to the market 
Location: Bossier City, LA 
Company Vehicle not provided - must be able to drive into market 


We are seeking an experienced Cable Project/Construction Manager with expertise in coaxial cable builds from start to finish. This role will oversee the entire project lifecycle, managing subcontractors, performing quality control (QC) on completed work, and ensuring accurate reporting and budget management. The ideal candidate must have a strong client-facing presence and be able to communicate progress, challenges, and project updates clearly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate subcontractors throughout the coax build process.
• Perform quality control checks on all completed work.
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Collaborate directly with clients to provide updates and resolve issues as needed.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with coax builds from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and contractors.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
