ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The Cable Manufacturing Technician manufactures, assembles and/or tests audio, video and WiFi cables
and related devices.
This role is typically Monday through Friday 9AM-5PM with overtime opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge,
skill and/or ability required to perform the essential functions of this job under direct supervision of the
Cable Department Manager.
• Ability to read and follow procedures and diagrams to ensure product specifications and
tolerance levels are met.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair cables and related devices.
• Strong Soldering Skills
• Attention to detail with a strong emphasis on accuracy to ensure production at expected quality
and quantity levels.
• Familiarity operating test equipment
• Ability to work independently once a task has been mastered.
• Some lifting and physical labor required.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• High School diploma
0-2 years' experience assembling in a manufacturing environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

1. Wire prep
2. Soldering and crimping
3. Trouble shoot and repair cables and devices
4. Build Cables to Spec.
5. Other task as assigned.
