Job Title: Cable Puller Helper
Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and eager individual to join our team as a Cable Puller. The role involves pulling and running cables through ceiling tiles, installing low voltage cabling systems, and moving and organizing materials. The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use hand tools effectively.
Responsibilities
+ Pull cables and run them through ceiling tiles.
+ Install low voltage cabling systems.
+ Lift up to 50 lbs.
+ Move and organize materials.
+ Use hand tools efficiently.
Essential Skills
+ 1+ years of experience using hand tools.
+ 1+ years of basic laborer experience in construction, cable pulling, restaurant food service, janitorial, manufacturing environment, or machine operation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience working with low voltage cabling is a plus.
+ Motivated and eager to learn a trade.
+ Construction experience is ideal but open to candidates with manufacturing, warehouse, etc.
Work Environment
You will work on vacant sites and will not be handling live wires. This is a 1st shift position, from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm. Job sites include commercial construction sites, industrial facilities, and existing commercial buildings such as hospitals, schools, data centers, banks, and office buildings. Must be open to commuting within the greater Nashville area, including Nashville, Smyrna, Murfreesboro, Franklin, Madison, etc. The first day will be at the office, followed by direct reporting to job sites. Must be able to work overtime when needed and be open to commuting within a 50-mile radius of Nashville.
