CAD Designer - AutoCAD (building construction industry) - Northfield, OH - JOB 24-00502
Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00/HR Permanent Position with Benefits

The CAD Designer is responsible to create CAD drawings of projects scaled to site measurements and detailed project plans. Maintain master files of standard CAD detail library for accuracy and efficiency of drawings. Coordinate and create permit drawings and specifications required to secure local building permit.
Required:
Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.

Required:
- High School Graduate, Associate or tech school preferred
- Seeking some working AutoCAD experience with preference in residential construction with a concentration in carpentry, concrete and masonry.
- Create CAD drawings for order detail and permit applications.
- Check jobs for potential installation problems.
- Excel experience is a plus
- Organized and possess strong reading, math, and writing skills and have the ability to communicate with others.
