Key Responsibilities:
CAD Design: Utilize CADsoftware to develop detailed drawings and plans for scaffold structures basedon project specifications, site measurements, and safety requirements.
Collaboration: Work closelywith our sales team to develop scaffold designs that align with project needs.
Safety Compliance: Ensurethat all scaffold designs comply with relevant safety regulations, codes, andstandards. Consider factors such as load capacities, wind loads, and fallprotection to create safe and stable structures.
Material Selection: Assistin selecting appropriate scaffold materials based on project requirements,budget constraints, and structural considerations. Optimize material usage tomaximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Modification and Optimization:Review and revise scaffold designs as needed to accommodate changes in projectscope, site conditions, or client preferences. Optimize designs for efficiency,stability, and ease of assembly.
Documentation: Prepare andmaintain accurate documentation of scaffold designs, including drawings,specifications, and material lists. Ensure that documentation is comprehensiveand up-to-date throughout the project lifecycle.
Communication: Communicateeffectively with project stakeholders to present design proposals, discusstechnical aspects, and address any concerns or feedback. Provide clear andconcise explanations of design decisions and rationale.
Problem Solving: Identifyand resolve design challenges and technical issues that may arise during thedesign process. Collaborate with team members to develop creative solutionsthat meet project objectives.
Qualifications:
·AS in Engineering, Construction or Drafting andDesign is required.
·Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD,Revit, or similar programs.
·Strong understanding of scaffold designprinciples, construction techniques, and safety regulations preferred.
·Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
·Detail-oriented with the ability to produceaccurate and high-quality drawings.
·Ability to work effectively in a collaborativeteam environment.
·Prior experience in scaffold design orconstruction is preferred but not required.
As a Scaffold CAD Designer, you will play a crucial role inthe planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring the safety,efficiency, and effectiveness of scaffold structures. Your expertise in CADdesign and scaffold knowledge will contribute to the successful completion ofprojects across various industries.
