CADD Operator - Rockland County - M&J Engineering

• Must be able to independently read field notes and translate the information into AutoCAD.
• Create/modify drawings utilizing engineers markups of drawings and details as well as verbal instructions and sketches under minimum supervision
• Maintain project drawing files, records and documentation in an orderly condition
• Must be capable of working effectively in a team setting while handling personal work load
• Create drawings in CAD

• MicroStation experience is required
• Graduate of a 2 year technical school or Bachelor’s Degree
• Proficient in AutoCad
• 1-2 years’ experience in Revit preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe, Windows
• Ability to follow directions and adapt to new challenges
• Willingness to learn new software and techniques
• Ability to work in a dynamic team work environment
• Understand technical terminology of the engineering and construction industry.
• Previous DOT experience is preferred.
