DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interacts with crew members and customers with a fun and welcoming attitude
- Assists with training and provides continuous positive feedback for team members
- Delegates daily functions of the café including product prep, making food and smoothies, serving customers, and completing daily and weekly cleaning duties
- Communicates and stays updated on all marketing and promotional materials
- Maintains and exceeds customer expectations to build brand loyalty
- Trains as backup for manager functions such as hiring and onboarding process, scheduling, food and supply ordering, and monitoring sales growth and cost controls
- Presents a consistent, professional image of the café and crew by maintaining all cleanliness and appearance standards
- Follows all safety and security policies set by the brand
- Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- 1 year of managerial experience in the restaurant or fast-casual field
- Experience in growing sales and providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence in both front of the house and back of the house
- Current ServSafe certification preferred
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
