Cage Shift Manager 
As the Cage Shift Supervisor, you will oversee the operations of the cage cashier department, ensuring accuracy, security, and efficiency in all cash transactions. 

• Manage, train, and motivate a team of cage cashiers to ensure a high level of productivity and efficiency 

• Oversee and participate in the accurate counting, verifying, and balancing of cash and chips 

• Ensure compliance with internal audit, casino policies and regulatory requirements. 

• Manage large sums of money securely and accurately 

• Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly 

• Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees 

• Maintain accurate records of cash transactions and reconcile discrepancies 

• Generate reports related to cage activities, variances, and other financial information 

• Previous experience as a Cage Cashier Management or in a similar cash handling role is required 

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership position 

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 

• Knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance requirements 

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
