Job Overview:
Haus Acquisitions is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Salary Range: $16.50 - $26.00 per hour, based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls promptly, providing accurate information and assistance to customers.
Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, appointments, and feedback.
Resolve customer issues by clarifying problems, researching answers, and providing effective solutions.
Document and update customer information in the system for accurate records.
Transfer calls to the appropriate department or team members as needed.
Achieve individual and team performance goals, including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and other metrics.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and empathize with customers.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
