Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and create a welcoming environment for our clients and employees. You will be the first point of contact for all visitors and play a key role in maintaining smooth office operations. Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

• Monitor office supplies and coordinate restocking when necessary.
