Field customer phone calls from December 1st - training and take phone calls end of December- April
- Customer calls for a new client mailing - New customers in company- we are taking over pension, fill out form that is attached to letter and answer basic questions
- Take calls at end of January for tax season - calling for duplicate copy of pension tax form, making sure addresses and emails are accurate (this part will go through end of April)
- Looking for someone onsite 5 days a week in Wilmington, DE (would be willing to negotiate to hybrid after) - help with mailing, fax and mail duplicate 1099s in office
- 2-5 years of contact center experience, strong basic computer skills, email, teams
- 40-60 calls a day, script will be given
- Don't need tax or financial services more about soft skills
- Entry level, responding to customer requests needing duplicate 1099s
Job Description:
Pension Customer Service Representative: you will be responsible for providing personalized and professional service to participants of over 630 Pension Plans in response to incoming inquiries related to their 1099 tax forms. This may include updating addresses, mailing, emailing, or faxing duplicate copies of annuitants 1099 tax form. Respond positively to participant incoming calls, providing a high level of service and quality that exceeds customer expectation. Provide necessary and appropriate assistance in the completion of the 1099 request both phone and mail. Coordinate duties and tasks by effective prioritization of responsibilities and time management.
