THIS WILL BE AN OFFICE JOB AND CANDIDATES MUST WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide detailed information about products, services, and promotions.
- Troubleshoot customer problems and offer solutions or escalate the issue when necessary.
- Record and update customer information accurately in the system.
- Handle multiple calls and manage a call queue efficiently.
- Maintain knowledge of current products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information.
- Meet or exceed call center performance goals and metrics.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency with computer systems and data entry.
