Customer Service Representative

At Unique Repair Services, you won't just sit there waiting for the phone to ring. Our call center is constantly busy; it will keep you challenged and set you up for success.
Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative:
- Promptly answer calls in less than 3 rings and only 2 minutes in the queue.
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Create work orders.
This job is NOT for you if:
- You have trouble showing up for work on time.
- You'd rather sit and stare at the phone and pray that it doesn't ring.
- A dark cloud hangs over your head, and you get annoyed by cheerful people.
Skill Requirements for Customer Service Representative:
- Open to learning new software such as Service Desk
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Pleasant phone voice and telephone etiquette
- Ability to maintain energy and composure with 100+ calls a day
- Listening skills to understand the unique needs of our customers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative in a Call Center environment is preferred. Willing to train.
- All applicants must pass a background check
- Spanish is a plus
Pay:
With phone experience, it could make up to $22 an hour.
