Job Title: Medical Call Center Representative - OBGYN

Location: Chevy Chase, MD/Washington, DC

Pay: From $19 Per Hour

Responsibilities:

Manage high-volume incoming calls in a fast-paced call center environment.

Provide accurate information regarding services and procedures.

Assist with insurance verification and patient inquiries.

Qualifications:

2+ years of solid medical office experience required.

Comfortable working in a call center setting.

Experience with high-volume phone systems is a must.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
