About the Job
TEK Systems is hiring Customer Service Representatives for a large client in the insurance industry! This HYBRID role is based in the North Phoenix area
As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in a high volume contact center, servicing customers through inbound/outbound calls and emails. You'll work as a team to delivery exceptional customer experiences!

Job Responsibilities
- Quickly build rapport and respond to customers in a compassionate manner by identifying and exceeding expectations responding in a respectful accurate timely manner consistently meeting commitments
- Assume ownership and timeliness in handling callers requests in an efficient accurate and professional manner
- Navigate multiple systems and applications to research analyze and resolve requests inquiries
- Maintain performance and quality standards
- Handling high volume inbound calls
Qualified candidates should....
- Have 3+ years of insurance experience (Required)
- Demonstrate a customer-focused mindset and dedication to providing exceptional service
- Have proficiency working with computers (navigating multiple applications and multi-tasking)
- High school diploma or GED required
