Position Overview:
We are searching for a scheduling coordinator who is passionate and eager to understand someone's challenges and needs. They're a problem solver who can always find creative ways to build value in our brand by enriching our patient's experience. This position has uncapped earning potential, and we are looking for someone who is comfortable owning aggressive scheduling goals and is always looking for ways to improve!
Position Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with patients over the telephone and through web communications.
- Schedule and confirm consultation appointments.
- Communicate treatment process, benefits, and features to potential clients
- Follow up on RFI leads with outbound calls, text, and emails
- Overcome obstacles that prevent sales
- Identify opportunities and build relationships between individuals, teams, departments, units, or organizations to help achieve business goals.
- Clearly convey information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.
- Leverage tools, reports, and resources to maximize scheduling results.
Position Requirements:
- 3+ years of successful sales and/or scheduling coordinator experience
- Ability to multi-task, use personal judgment and utilize strong decision making, analytical and follow-up skills.
- Proficient with computers and software applications.
- Compelling interpersonal communications skills, influence skills, and rapport-building abilities.
- Strong client service orientation to include excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate verbal and written communication.
- Open to coaching and feedback and seeks guidance on areas of improvement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $21-$22/hr. + commission based on show rates
