Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Location: Tucson, AZ
Salary: $18.86 per hour / $37,297.65 annually +10% Bilingual Skill Differential

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with inquiries and provide solutions to their problems.

Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

Process policy changes, claims, and billing inquiries.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).

Strong problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
