A DAY IN THE LIFE OF CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE
As a customer service rep, you have a key role as you are the first impression for potential customers. In order to provide our clients with the very best services, we need someone to attend to the details and keep our office running efficiently. You act as a liaison between customers and sales staff as well as field customer questions and route phone calls.
Your first priority is to answer phones cheerfully and provide top-notch customer service. Highly motivated and self-directed, you help us make outgoing calls to schedule service appointments and begin the tracking process. Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions whether by phone, email, or text and is one of the reasons our clients enjoy doing business with us. You love that you get to interact with people every day and enjoy keeping everything up-to-date and accurate!
CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with computers
- Experienced with Excel and Word
