This position will entail greeting and directing client callers by answering the telephone calls of their customers; determining the nature of the call and directing callers to the appropriate destination and/or following client instructions to obtain a message. Operators are required to provide accurate, efficient, and professional service to every caller, client, and coworker. We operate 24/7, including weekends and holidays, in order to provide service to our clients in their time of need.Our ideal candidate would be an organized, diligent, and a team oriented individual who excels in conversing professionally with customers on a daily basis. We are looking for someone who is willing to go above and beyond their day to day duties to add value to our growing company. There is room for advancement from operator to Shift Supervisor and Floor Manager.Also, If you are fluent in Spanish, as well as English, please note that in your resume This is NOT a work from home position. No exceptions Complete special assignments as directed by management Be able to work all shifts.
