Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Document all call information accurately and according to established procedures.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in a customer service or call center role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly in a high-pressure environment.
Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office.
Ability to work well in a team and individually.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Reliable and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
