About the Job
The Call Center Representative at Elle Seller will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing high-level support to customers. Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a timely manner.
- Provide detailed information about products and services to customers.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
- Record and update customer information in the company's database.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution of inquiries.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center operations is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
$800 - $1250 / week
