What You’ll Do:
- Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service to warm generated leads - NO MORE COLD CALLS!
- Communicate with customers to ensure quality appointments are issued to sales representatives
- Collaborate with our sales teams to cultivate opportunities for customer growth
- Handle both inbound and outbound communication, expertly coordinating free in-home consultations
- Represent our offerings with enthusiasm and expertise, providing top-notch service to new and existing clients
What You'll Bring:
- Prior experience in a call center role
- Remodeling or service knowledge
- Positivity, Flexibility, Determinationand a persuasive personality
- High energy and willingness to learn
- Excellent computer and phone skills with attention to detail
- Weekend availability required
