Description:
Job Description Department is tax specific Take inbound calls regarding property tax related questions Outbound calls for follow up with customer Goal 40 calls per day; lengthy calls Will receive faxes and emails that will require research and sent to appropriate lender/clients Need to be able to use multiple screens and 5 - 7 applications. Will need to be able to use different lenders websites/applications and navigate from one lender to the next. Calls get transferred over from lender Ability to adapt to changes Newer employees will work w about 3 lenders for calls Use MSP and Blacknight application. Comfortable with escalation calls and ability to deescalate
