Savard is Hiring Bilingual Call Center Operators in Quispamsis, NB on Order No. 20354
Job Duties:
- Monitor fire and security alarm systems utilizing specialized
monitoring software and equipment
- Handle all telephone calls efficiently and in a professional manner
- Notify appropriate contacts or emergency authorities such as Fire
Department, Police, Emergency Medical Services in a prompt and
efficient manner following strict procedures
- Diligently keep required records and files
- Prepare and distribute reports internally and to external parties as
required
- Follow all established procedures, regulations and guidelines
- Other related duties as may be assigned
Requirements:
- Verbal and written fluency in both English and French
- Education: secondary school diploma minimum
- Preferred a minimum of 1 year experience in the same or similar
role such as 911 Operator/Dispatcher, Customer Service
Representative (CSR), Telephone Operator/Agent, Call Center
Operator/Agent, Answering Service Operator/Agent, etc.
- Excellent telephone and communication skills
- Advanced computer proficiency with strong data
entry/keyboarding skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Ability to stay focused at all times during working hours
- Passing criminal record check
Shift Hours:
1. Monday to Friday 7: 00am to 4: 00pm
2. Rotational 2 days 7am to 4 pm and 2 nights 4pm to 12am
O/T up to 50 hours
Pay Range:
$21.00 / hour
Up to $1, 155 weekly with 50 hrs a week
