On site; In-office
Schedule:
Must be available 7 days a week from 5AM to 10PM (Will have set schedule assigned within those hours)
Description:
Customer service representative working in a call center environment
Handling inbound calls and follow up calls
Answers calls and questions on prior authorization, general questions and confidential information
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
1 year of call center experience is most important
Good tenure
