What will you be doing?
- Listening to our customers and using your expertise, creativity, and passion to recommend our products and services, and assisting with customers’ purchasing decisions
- Offering products offered by explaining their features and benefits, employing professional service and sales techniques, and ensuring a delightful customer experience
- Assisting customers by effectively listening, understanding the reason for their inquiry, providing technical assistance, setting customer expectations, and proposing options for resolution which are in the best interest of the customer, our vendor, and our business
- Providing a "WOW" customer experience on each interaction whether with a new customer, existing customer, vendor, or a co-worker (phone, e-mail, and/or live chat)
- Projecting a professional company image through phone and email interactions
- Navigating multiple software applications and technologies simultaneously
- Assisting team members by sharing technical knowledge and supporting team efforts
- Full Time (40 hours)
- 2 years selling products or services in a sales organization
- 2 years customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge in the Automotive industry a plus
- Ability to quickly build rapport with customers on the phone
- Ability to solve problems by thinking analytically and creatively
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Display the will to learn the business and continuously improve
- Ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience on EVERY interaction
- Strong attention to detail
- Technically savvy with the ability to navigate dual monitors and perform internet research
