Call Center Sales Rep - Schoenherr Roofing

Company: The Best Roofing company of its kind in the Detroit market. A 30-year-old family-owned business providing roof replacement, storm restoration, siding, and gutters.

Position: Call Center Sales Rep

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Develop relationships with homeowners
•Negotiate and schedule appointments for roofing sales

REQUIRED SKILLS:
•Exceptional client and database management skills-ability to develop and schedule appointments 
•Amazing Phone Skills
•Strong business development, lead generation, and relationship-building track record
•Exceptional consultative skills-clearly articulate, project confidence, influence, overcome objections

EXPERIENCE:
•Minimum 3-5 years of outbound telephone sales experience
•Experience selling over the telephone
•A proven track record in an outbound, lead-generation sales environment 
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
