- Effective call control skills for guiding conversations to successful in-store appointments and sales
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize our proven sales techniques to enhance the customer's experience and get them excited about the relief we offer
- Take inbound warm/hot leads and convert them into sales appointments for our in-store Sales Consultants
- Respond to all internet inquiries and live chats by outbound calls, emails, and texts in a timely manner
- Identify, source, and route repeat customers and non-sales activities to internal teams as necessary
- Manage your own sales pipeline through follow-up reminders, and appointment logs

Experience & Minimum Qualifications
- 1-3 years B2C sales call experience
- Proven inside sales or appointment scheduling history and high conversion rate
- Effective communication skills (email and phone)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Record of accomplishment of meeting or exceeding performance goals
- Flexible with evening and weekend hours
