Call Center Specialist - Robert Half

Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Call Center Specialist in Marysville, Washington. This role is in the industry of customer service, where you will be primarily responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone calls, maintaining accurate customer data, and utilizing various computer programs and systems. Responsibilities: - Operate an automated dialing system to make outbound calls and gather basic information accurately. - Adhere to a provided script to collect data such as names and phone numbers, ensuring all information is recorded accurately in the system. - Handle customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, providing excellent customer service at all times. - Utilize various software such as ADP - Financial Services, Avaya CMS, CRM, and Customer service software. - Ensure customer credit applications are processed accurately and efficiently. - Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. - Assist customers with their inquiries and provide solutions to their problems. - Utilize your skills in answering inbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction. - Handle benefit functions professionally and accurately. - Maintain and update customer records using various computer programs. Requirements - Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services - Experience with Avaya CMS - Strong computer program skills - Knowledge of CRM and customer service software - Familiarity with 'About Time' software - Ability to answer and manage inbound calls - Proven experience in assisting customers - Understanding of benefit functions - Excellent communication skills and ability to provide clear answers - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex customer issues - Ability to work in a team-oriented environment - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
