Job Summary:
The CAM Field Specialist is responsible for providing customers with safe, accurate and on-time product and service delivery.
Roles and Responsibilities include:
- Attain excellence in learning and competency events.
- Ensure safe, timely and compliant operations at the well site, job location or plant, including rig-up and rig-down of equipment.
- Mentor others as required.
- Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs.
- Engage customer contacts to promote company products and services.
- This position will require work to be performed on customer locations including Gas and Petrochemical plants; offshore platforms, Refineries; remote Pipeline locations; and assist within the shop or office when not assigned to a field job.
- Maintain and Repair all Cameron Legacy products along with non-OEM valve equipment on and off customer locations in accordance with OEM and API 6D guidelines and standards to minimize customer downtime and increase customer satisfaction.
- Advise customers on repair and replacement options of Customer Product lines.
- Liaison between Sales; Production; and the Customer on issues including job procedures; spare parts; and routine status updates of field jobs.
- Make recommendations directly to customers concerning products; applications; and specifications required to meet customer needs.
- Occasionally, overnight travel and stay to various Cameron locations and or customer locations.
- This position will require work on Customer locations during field repairs and outages.

Please note that the compensation and benefits listed below are only applicable to successful candidates who are hired onto local United States payroll.
At SLB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at/near the top of the range. The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $28/hr.

Minimum Job Qualifications:
Minimum Job Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- 1-3 years experience in valve manufacturing and or valve repair and Field Service.
- Knowledge of Actuation and Control assemblies for scotch yoke designs and Electric Actuation interfaces would be beneficial to the candidate.
- Requires a dedicated, outgoing personality with a can-do attitude and a hard-working individual willing to put in the hours to get the job done.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- The candidate should have a strong team-oriented mind set. The ability to not only help lead but to take direction from other team members will be beneficial in the candidates' success.
- Clean driving record.
- Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the U.S., without sponsorship
