Job Title: Camp Unit Leader

Position Summary: The Camp Unit Leader is responsible for providing leadership, oversight, and support to one of the Summer Camp units, ensuring quality supervision and program execution.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all campers.
• Lead and mentor camp staff, fostering a positive team environment.
• Plan and implement engaging activities and programs.
• Communicate effectively with campers, parents, and staff.
• Monitor camper behavior and resolve conflicts as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in camp leadership or youth programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
