Jefferson Healthcare has an opportunity for our next Cancer Center Director. As the leader driving the strategy development and implementation for our existing and expanding cancer care, you will have the extraordinary opportunity to mentor & support the amazing staff as well as grow the services provided to the community. We're about to build a new linear accelerator, are expanding cancer services and are seeking a leader who can bring the team together and lead through and beyond this exciting change.
The Cancer Center Director is key not only to the leadership of the cancer care services and all the amazing changes happening there, but also to the ability of Jefferson Healthcare to provide much needed services to our community and maintain our independence as a public district hospital.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Business Administration or Healthcare Administration required.
- Master's Degree in Nursing, Business Administration or Healthcare Administration preferred.
- Experience with clinic operations and strategic program development required.
- 5 years cancer care experience required.
- 7 years of progressive leadership experience required; 10+ years' leadership experience preferred.
This is a full time, exempt position and may also be eligible for a recruitment and/or relocation bonus.
