The pay for this role is $16.78/hour. This position operates from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday - Friday.
Job Summary
This position is responsible for providing administrative support and acts as a liaison between employer and the
customer. Supports and adheres to company’s Standards of Conduct and Discipline.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each of the essential
duties/responsibilities listed below. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with

1. Coordinates incoming/outgoing materials with outside farms- provide manifest info, schedules intake
person to verify manifest and exchange of paperwork and funds.
2. Coordinates any pick-up or delivery of materials with delivery manager with packaging manager.
3. Provides office with invoices for checks to be issued.
4. Coordinates pesticide testing of all incoming materials.
5. Tracks and records all biomass and concentrate through all processing steps.
6. Performs all conversions in Traceability from feedstock to hydrocarbon, monitors inventory levels in
Traceability , keeps Traceability up to date.
7. Coordinates testing of intermediate product to prep for sale including potency, micro, and pesticide
8. Notifies processing customers when final product is going out for testing
9. Invoices processing customers accordingly to include all fees associated: processing, testing, etc...
assuming there will be processing for other farms in place on top of what is staying in house and sold
under Dabstract label (portal automatically invoices for retail orders)
10. Manifests and transfers outgoing bulk completed product, or coordinate pick up if applicable
11. Creates and sends out weekly Dabstract Sales projections.
12. Performs daily compliance checks and weekly traceability audits to ensure all product in the lab remains
compliant.
13. Cleans and organize the office daily and assists is the general housekeeping of the lab.
14. Communicate with sales reps on customer feedback and reports information to Laboratory Director.
15. Receives and communicates instructions, job assignments and updates verbally and non-verbally from
Laboratory Director, fellow technicians, instructive lists, SOP, email, and other department electronic
communication.
16. Assists with Research Development projects as assigned. Performs all other duties/responsibilities as
necessary or assigned.
Job Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must meet the minimum qualifications listed below. These
qualifications are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to perform this job.
● Must be at least 21 years old.
Education/Experience: to perform this job successfully, an individual must have:
● a High School Diploma or a General Education Degree
● 2 – 5 years of administrative experience with increasing responsibility.
● Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Offices products (i.e. Word and Excel)
● Excellent oral and written communication skills
Physical Abilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to:
● Regularly sit or stand for long periods (approx. 8 hours) of time doing repetitive tasks with hands
including using hands to finger, handle or feel, walk, sit, twist, turn, pull/push, reach, climb, carry up to 50
pounds, talk, hear and grasp.
● Occasionally climb, stoop/crouch, crawl, taste or smell
● Clearly see 20 feet, with or without corrective lenses and differentiate between colors (no color
blindness)

Workplace Environmental Conditions

● Atmospheric Exposures: exposed to dusts, fumes, vapors, or mists that could affect the occupational health
of the employee.
