Overview:
We are currently seeking a confident, dependable, results-oriented Team Lead to develop and manage a team of Field marketing representatives. These representatives generate leads and set appointments with local homeowners at no-cost for our in-home consultations.

We are currently seeking a confident, dependable, results-oriented Team Lead to develop and manage a team of Field marketing representatives. These representatives generate leads and set appointments with local homeowners at no-cost for our in-home consultations.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire and train a strong team of marketing representatives
- Coach, develop and motivate each team member to ensure they are following proper procedures and guidelines
- Oversee all field activities of your team
- Set the pace of your team's efforts by exemplifying professional conduct and behavior
- Mapping, permit logistics, payroll activities and other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Sales or marketing experience
- Team building and management experience
- Experience hiring, training and coaching a sales and/or marketing team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding set performance standards
- Ability to lead, but also maintain a "team player" mentality
- Excellent communication and conversational skills
- Evenings and weekends are required
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record
- Pre-employment background check
