Coordinate and manage the preparation of the PHS budget and forecast process in conjunction with senior leadership and each functional area, with an emphasis on capital budgeting. Provide timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis to senior management and operations. Prepare and present, as requested, financial reports for managers, senior management. Provide analytical support relative to enterprise-wide financial and capital planning and other initiatives as necessary

Ideal Candidate:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
Prefer Masters in Business, Accounting, Finance or CPA.
Five years of finance or accounting experience with at least two years supporting fixed asset accounting or capital planning.

Responsibilities:
- Plans, coordinates and manages the development, presentation and maintenance of the PHS budget and the budget process by administering web based applications and spreadsheet based planning processes.
- Coordination of capital budget process includes financial impact analysis for Presbyterian Delivery System, Presbyterian Medical Group, and Presbyterian Health Plan business units
- Meets with department managers to work through budget assumptions in conjunction with administrators.
- Leads the development of enterprise capital plans including pro-forma modeling
- Conducts ongoing variance analysis, depreciation and interest expense projections, and other operational support and produces budget variance reports.
- Participates in the identification of opportunities for improvement and the preparation of corrective action plans as needed.
- Attends Board meetings as required to assist with presentation of financial results, annual plan, etc. Works closely with PDS\PMG\PHP financial leadership to identify opportunities for consistent tools and methodologies to support financial analysis.
- Provides assistance to senior leadership in the development of and preparation of managerial and productivity reports.
- Prepares financial analyses and projections to support strategic initiatives.
- Provides education/training/coaching for peers within the finance department, and other PHS employees.
- Leverages extensive knowledge of and experience applying fixed asset accounting concepts
