Title: Capital Funding Program Manager
Status: Full-time, Exempt, 40 hours per week
Salary: $61,500 annually
Supervisor: Chief Administrative Officer
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
Location: Poughkeepsie, NY
Function:
This position is responsible for the coordination, facilitation, reporting, and compliance of capital project funding grants.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum Associate’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Qualified candidate will have a minimum of 2-years of related experience.
- Ability to Travel locally and out of state for offsite meetings and events as needed.

Position Responsibilities:
Program Management
- Administers records, reports, and data for projects and ensures that all certifications, reimbursement, and funding requirements are fulfilled in a timely, accurate manner
- In cooperation with the CAO assists in preparing and monitoring project budgets
- Complete all necessary trainings and complete research projects as assigned
- Completion and submission of all required documentation and organized storage of all related documents
- Ensures program adherence to Agency’s human resources and fiscal policies, standards, and principles
- Manages government/foundation contracts including seeking funding opportunities, writing grant applications, reporting program and fiscal outcomes, developing budgets, and ensuring contract, outcomes, and funding compliance
- Tracks all capital project expenses and income in internal spreadsheets
- Manages agency accounts on government websites
- Corresponds with government project managers effectively and professionally
- Coordinates and facilitates various internal and community events and meetings
- Assist Director of FPC and General Operations with coordination of projects
Community/Partner Liaison
- As a representative of the Agency, shares our values, knowledge, and skills with other organizations, community groups, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders. Maintains good relationships with stakeholders and partners.
