PCI Government Services LLC (PCI-GS) is looking for a Business Development Capture Manager to support our Business Development Executives in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and closing on new business opportunities. This position is responsible for working with the Business Development Executive(s) and Business Development team to develop and implement strategies to achieve long-term business success and deliver compelling and compliant proposals. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of the federal government contracting landscape, market trends, building and utilizing strategic partnerships, and will possess a proven track record in business development. The Capture Manager will capitalize on the company’s established range of service offerings for Federal and DoD customers, all delivered via industry’s best practices and processes.
Responsibilities:- Own qualified federal agency or DoD opportunities through submission of proposal - - develop winning strategies associated and form teams when necessary / negotiate workshare agreements.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential risks. Use insights to inform business development strategies and competitive positioning.
- Support focused capture activities across multiple 8(a) Joint Ventures that align with the company’s growth objectives.
- Assist in overseeing the development of compelling proposals, presentations, and bids in response to RFPs and other business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the alignment of growth strategies with company goals.
- Provide regular reports and capture progression briefings to senior management against assigned/qualified opportunities.
- Manage bid and proposal funding from the decision to bid to the post-submission phase of an opportunity.
- At least 5+ years of federal government and/or DoD services related
- Proven experience securing federal and/or DoD contracts as a Capture Manager
- Proven skills in all areas of capture, including assessing win probability and value for opportunity targets, capture strategy and planning, building winning teams and solutions, pricing to win, more.
