Job Description:

Position Summary: As a Car Wash Attendant, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to the cleaning and detailing of vehicles. Your role is essential in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that each vehicle is cleaned efficiently and to the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Cleaning: Wash, wax, and polish vehicles using appropriate tools and cleaning agents. Ensure both exterior and interior surfaces are thoroughly cleaned.
• Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional service to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have about the services provided.
• Inspection: Inspect vehicles before and after washing to identify any issues or areas requiring special attention.
• Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain car wash equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition. Report any malfunctions or needed repairs to management.
• Safety: Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Use cleaning chemicals safely and according to guidelines.
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control, including ordering and stocking cleaning supplies and products as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operation and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in a car wash or detailing role is a plus, but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
