Your specific duties will include:
- Star C-06 Report.
- Process fraud claims on Symitar.
- Respond to assigned MSR/Lumin/Silver Cloud emails timely.
- Review Verafin alerts daily and contact members to verify suspicious activity.
- Assist with other job functions/duties as assigned by the Risk Management Manager/Card Fraud Specialist.
- Process/Distribute incoming mail to the Risk Management department.
- Assist with researching, monitoring, and processing fraud accounts within specific timeframes.
- Basic knowledge of credit union services and programs.
- Friendly and professional. Excellent communication skills; sound judgment, attention to detail, and ability to write.
- Knowledge of regulation E and other government regulations affected by this program.
- Credit Union experience.
- Symitar's experience is preferred.
- Some knowledge of card fraud.
