Responsibilities:Working in our fast-moving Cath Lab certainly offers a variety of clinical challenges to Cath Lab Techs who choose this clinical area. We love techs who can wear many hats and think quickly on their feet while providing the best patient care! The Cath Lab Tech Performs duties of circulating, scrub, and monitoring of invasive cardiology procedures. Demonstrates an understanding of all invasive procedures, the equipment and supplies for each procedure, and indications for performing each procedure.
This position assists the cardiologist with both diagnostic and interventional procedures during cardiac catheterizations and contributes to the operations of the Cardiac Catheterization Lab.

Minimum hire rate for this role is: $52.24/hour

Qualifications:Minimum Requirements:
Minimum Requirements: Associate's degree.
Required Licenses/Certifications:
Current BLS certification required and current ACLS certification or completion of certification within 90 days of hire.
Current Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certificate administered by the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) and current Washington State Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Certification.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree and experience assisting with structural heart procedures such as TAVR, MitraClip, Watchman device placement, etc.
Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire. This ongoing competency is required through resources internal to the facility; outside RQI competency resources are not acceptable for CommonSpirit Health Compliance requirements.
