Cardiologist- Non Invasive (Suffolk County) - Tal Healthcare

Our client, a multiple inpatient and outpatient ambulatory practice on Long Island that is associated with a premier academic medical system, is hiring a Cardiologist - Non Invasive.  Join an established team of cardiologists at state-of-the-art facilities equipped to provide high-quality care across cardiac conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Inpatient and outpatient
• Some rounding. There are 2 hospitals that take part of a group call schedule
• Perform abdominal aortic duplex ultrasound, arterial Doppler ultrasound of upper and lower extremities, carotid ultrasound, echocardiogram, exercise stress echocardiography, implantable loop recorders, nuclear exercise and pharmacologic stress testing, pulse volume recording, and venous Doppler ultrasound of lower extremities

Requirements:

• Board-eligible or board-certified in internal medicine and cardiology
• Licensed to practice medicine in New York State
• Motivated and able to work collaboratively with other members of the team
• Strong diagnostic, assessment, and treatment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
