Ambulatory Cardiology Advanced Practice Provider, 1.0 FTE
Virginia Mason Franciscan Health
The Center for Cardiovascular Health and the Franciscan Medical Group at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health are actively recruiting a 1.0 FTE cardiology advanced practice provider to deliver ambulatory outpatient care in our newly established West Seattle Clinic. This position will be based in West Seattle in the King County region of Washington State. The APP will provide access to a new outpatient service that will be supported by up to 10 primary care physicians.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in managing cardiovascular patients as an advanced practice provider is highly desired along with the ability to make independent clinical decisions. The APP will work closely with a general cardiologist in overseeing this newly established practice. This is 100% ambulatory practice with no overnight call obligations.
**Qualifications**
Requirements:
+ Nurse Practitioner Degree or Physician Assistant Degree
+ Successful completion of a Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Exam through an accredited organization
+ Licensed in the state of Washington prior to the time of employment
+ DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority
+ 2-3 years of APP Cardiology experience highly preferred
**Pay Range**
$60.09 - $76.44 /hour
