Dignity Health Medical Group - Sequoia (http://dhmf.org/sequoia) is seeking an experienced, team-oriented C ardiothoracic Physician Assistant (PA) interested in joining a revered cardiac surgical team in Redwood City, CA . We're looking to fill this position in 2024. We are a growing multi-specialty group and affiliated with Sequoia Hospital (http://sequoiahospital.org/) .
Practice Highlights:
+ Join team performing highly complex heart surgeries with renowned Surgeons and a highly skilled team
+ No call, no night, no weekend requirements
+ Operations performed at one hospital location within walking distance to the office
+ Team is committed to delivering the highest-quality surgical care to each life they touch, and providing world-class outcomes with a hands-on “concierge” approach to patient care
+ Aligned with one of the largest health systems in the nation and the largest hospital system in California
Compensation/Benefits Include:
+ Salary $190,000 - $260,000 per year plus sign on bonus
+ Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans and CME allowance

Responsibilities
Patient Assessment and Diagnosis:
+ Conduct comprehensive health assessments.
+ Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
+ Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
Treatment Planning and Management:
+ Develop and implement patient care plans.
+ Prescribe medications and therapies.
+ Provide health promotion and disease prevention education.
Collaboration and Consultation:
+ Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
+ Consult with physicians and specialists as needed.
+ Coordinate patient care across various settings.
Qualifications
+ CT Surgical experience
+ Endoscopic Vein Harvest experience ideal
+ PANCE certification required
Pay Range
$91.00 - $125 /hour
