Job Title: Cardiovascular Radiology Technologist

Location: Norman, OK

Shift Type: Days

Shift Times: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Hours/Day: 12 hours

Weekend Requirements: To Be Determined

On Call Requirements: 1 night call shift every other week from 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM, and every 5th weekend shift from 5:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Salary Range: $25.74/hour - $42.03/hour (based on education and experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Cardiovascular Radiology Technologist to join our fast-paced Cath Lab team. The technologist will assist in a variety of specialized cardiac procedures, ensuring a sterile environment and optimal patient care throughout the entire process. The Cath Lab features eight Same Day Surgery rooms, four procedure rooms, and a team of nine Cardiologists, seven of whom are interventionalists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with specialized procedures for Cath Lab patients, including both interventional and diagnostic procedures.
• Prepare the patient and maintain a sterile environment during procedures.
• Provide post-procedural care to ensure optimal outcomes and patient satisfaction through discharge.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality cardiac care.

Qualifications:

• Completion of a 24-month formal program or military program in Radiologic Technology - Required.
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) eligible and/or RCIS certification - Required.
• BLS Certification - Required.
• ACLS Certification (must be achieved within 6 months of hire) - Required.
• Previous procedural area experience - Preferred.
• Cardiovascular (CV), Cardiac Interventional (CI), or Vascular Interventional (VI) certification - Preferred.
