Cardiovascular Technician II Compensation

• The pay for this position is $85-$95 per hour based on experience
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Cardiovascular Technician II Highlights

• The required availability for this position is Day Shift
• Shift: Day
• Hours: 7:30am - 6:00pm
• Shift length: 10
• Weekend rotation: Every 4th. Weekend shift is 12 hrs in length.
• On call: Weekend 1/31, 2/1, 2/2, 2-3

Cardiovascular Technician II Responsibilities

• Perform and monitor EKGs, stress tests, and Holter monitoring
• Operate and prepare equipment for echocardiograms and vascular ultrasounds
• Assist physicians during cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, and pacemaker insertions
• Prepare, sterilize, and organize procedure rooms and equipment
• Monitor patient vitals and track heart activity during procedures
• Document test results and maintain accurate patient records
• Explain procedures and address patient concerns
• Monitor patient comfort and ensure safety during procedures
• Analyze preliminary test results for physician review
• Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot diagnostic equipment
• Restock and organize medical supplies in labs and procedure rooms

Cardiovascular Technician II Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
• Required certifications: ACLS BLS ARRT and RCIS
