CARDIOVASCULAR TECHNOLOGIST - LifeBridge Health

JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for the production of optimal quality radiographs in a timely fashion while demonstrating concern for patients of all ages. Utilizes the knowledge of the principles of growth and development appropriate to the patient's age (neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric) to ensure that care provided meets the unique physical and psychosocial needs of the patient.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate’s Degree preferred
• Required High School Diploma
• 2 years of cardiovascular and intervention training and/or experience preferred
• Must be ARRT certified (Graduation from an AMA-JCH approved program for Radiological Technology) or RCIS (from CCI) certified required
• BLS - AHA Healthcare Provider
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support preferred

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
Full knowledge of catheters, guide wires, needles, dilators and other angiographic instrumentation in Cardiovascular Lab.
