Job Profile:

• Do you have your Bachelor in Psych, Social Work or Sociology and looking to get more experience working in mental health settings?
• Are you passionate about helping clients focus on health and wellness treatment goals and services work with a vulnerable client population?

• Are you experienced in providing traditional case management services, supportive counseling, facilitating treatment groups?

You will report to the Program Manager.

The person in this position will support clients with resource navigation, coordinating benefits and services, registering new clients and working with acollaborative team to ensure client needs are being met. This position is 95% percent office-based.
